Asian Foods is the largest Queensland based Asian food retail and wholesale distributor outside of Brisbane as well as the largest distributor of Australian grown rice in North Queensland. The business was started by Darryl and Sim Hayward in 1988.
In February 2008, Eastern Foods Pty Ltd acquired the business from Asian Foods Australia Pty Ltd. Since then, the business has grown tremendously both in retail and wholesale sector. With our new management system, sales strategies and most importantly our valuable and diligent Asian Foods members, the company is aiming to expand and become the market leader on both Asian foods retail and wholesale markets of the country.
